Milly has been a huge favorite of mine for numerous years, so I’m thrilled to be working with Nordstrom to present the magic that is their outstanding collection of Milly pieces this season. I’m not sure anybody does bold contemporary sportswear meets classic feminine silhouettes (a.k.a. my kryptonite) better than Milly. The brand always seems to create pieces that are both on trend and timeless (what?), with an attention to detail and quality fabrics that guarantee their place in the heavily trafficked corner of your closet, well, forever.
This season, Milly’s summer pieces are characterized by bold prints, timeless cuts and Michelle Smith’s unmistakably French influences. This geometric print silk top with dolman sleeves is a prime example of the flexibility in Milly’s pieces–easily financing itself to a classic look when paired with this full linen skirt, yet striking a completely different, modern tone when worn out casually (I love the cut of the t-shirt when it’s untucked) with a pair of black crops or shorts.
